200 Surface Deadbolt

Bolt slides on inside surface to lock or unlock. Bolt is moved manually by means of the outside knob after code input and freely by the inside knob at all times. A mortise keeper plate is provided. Hook bolt is an option for use on sliding doors.

210 Mortice Deadbolt

Lock size is the same as the CL250 diagram. Deadbolt extends 1” beyond door edge when locked by inside thumb turn.

250 Mortice Latch

Latch is spring loaded and will lock automatically when the door is closed. The latch bolt has a deadlocking plunger feature to prevent shimming of the latch.

255 Mortice Latch with Hold Open

Functionally the same as the 250 with the addition of a slide button which can be used to hold open the latchbolt when the lock is not required to be operational.

290 Mortice Latch Back to Back

The CL290 Mortise Latch comes with two code plates, installed Back to Back, to provide coded access in both directions.. Great for exterior gates or other special applications where building codes allow locked exit.
